The Piecemakers Quilt Club of Hopkins County has approximately 45 members and meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month at the Hopkins County Cooperative Extension Office 75 Cornwall Drive, Madisonville KY. Each meeting consists of business meeting and program or sew night, where members learn from one another and/or work on individual projects.
Our club is committed to several community service projects including:
Bab quilts for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Regional Medical Center(Baptist Health System), and we make quilts for Kentucky families who have lost a soldier in Iraq and Afghanistan. We also collect food for our local food bank.
